I believe it's like Patch4R says, around 27 psi. I always thought it was 5 psi below the other tires but I never tested that.
If a sensor goes bad the light flashes but you don't know which one it is. Air up all the tires (spare too) then lower the pressure below 27 psi one tire at a time. If the sensor in that tire is good the light will stop blinking and stay on. If it continues to blink, that's the one with the bad sensor.
