4th Gen Rear Hatch - Missing Key Cylinder Parts

Howdy y'all. My '08 Limited came to me without anything connected to the key cylinder in the rear liftgate. I only found this out because I was working on reconnecting the backup camera, which was installed by the 1st owner and disconnected before sale after reinstalling the oem stereo headunit. I've since installed a new Sony head unit and am now able to make use of the camera.

As I recall (from my mom's 2nd gen), the key cylinder on the lift gate allows you to lock/unlock the door and lower or raise the glass pane on long hold.

Since I'll have the rear door disassembled to replace the now gummy lift gate release switch, I thought this might also be a good time to restore those functions and any related parts.

Does anyone happen to know what the key cylinder assembly is supposed to look like? or how it's intended to function on our 4th gens? (diagram would be especially helpful). Any associated part numbers would be greatly appreciated! TIA

I'm pretty sure that all that is connected to the lock is just a switch. No mechanical arms or such. Here is what it looks like.
