What is this wire ?
Down near the emergency brake pedal and the OBD, it is hanging down. Did its holder break or something? I don't want to accidentally kick it.

Maybe the parking bake actuator cable? The gray plastic clip in the middle of the plastic holder fits into a hole on a metal panel somewhere under the dash - find it and push it in. Make sure the holder is attached well to the cable, Looks like it is off on one end.
