Passanger side trailing arm about to come off

The day has finally come where the dealership refuses to service the vehicle from the rust near the trailing arm.
Upon cleaning it up its bad. The whole mount isnt being held on by much. I am aware of frame kits and welding plates in to replace the rot.
Ive called around and havent found any shops willing to touch it. Where could i get this done?
I actually dont know how to weld, nor the intracacies of doing a frame repair like this.

That's a tough one. By the time you cut back to where there's good metal to weld to you'll have a huge hole. It would have been best to repair it when the holes were smaller. Call around, check Facebook and Craigslist to see if anyone in the area would tackle it but that looks tough. I can't recall how many patches I've welded onto mine but I never let them get that big.

If you can find someone, the guys below sell the steel for that area.

BTW, you may want to check the rest of the frame with a screwdriver.

There was a company from Iowa, Taboo Customs, had a youtube video on a 4Runner rust repair that they sell weld in sections for, check them out.

EVEN IF there was a kit, theres not much of a weldable surface for that to go to. Best bet and honestly probably cheaper to buy a frame from one down south in El Paso TX or Dallas/Houston TX and doa full swap. Rebuilding sections when that looks like that, you cant just be blind to the rest that you CANT see. Not to mention that kind of work vs a swap side by side with jack stands and the the two vehicles, its just take off - put on, take off, put on.... all the way down. unassemble and mark one, reassemble. Body shops down here do that kind of work for $2500-3000, but its fairly easy if your taking off something and have a good solid frame to transfer it to.
