4Runner/Lexus V8s because as you mentioned, they are built in Japan. Extra Money in your pocket, and 83k is hardly broken in. The 43k motor may have sat a lot or have done very short trips.

I too will be boosting down the road and did the research. The Japan V8s have far less problems as long as you keep the boost under 6-7 PSI.
