Rear wheel bearing help

I bought a high mileage 2008 V8 a couple of weeks ago. 194 K miles. The service records indicate a rear axle seal replacement about 1000 miles ago. No mention of the wheel bearing. I’m getting a humming sound the seems like it is from the rear. Almost sounds like AT tires humming. I know it’s not the Michelin LTX tires. The right rear wheel was caked with oil/grease in a few spots also. My question is if the seal was leaking that badly wouldn’t it have washed out the wheel bearing? What’s the best way to test the bearing while on the truck? I’ve done one of these on another 4Runner 4th gen years ago. It wasn’t too bad of a job, just a little messy. The hardest part for me was getting the E brake reassembled. What a pain. I have not checked the rear diff fluid yet but I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t fill it after the seal was replaced. Is a dial indicator the way to check the runout? Thanks in advance.

Cool

Almost need it running on a lift to diagnose with a stethoscope.
At 200k miles, it likely is the bearing, though. And yea they are a pain, especially with the ebrake. I paid a shop $75 a piece to press the bearings on and off the axles. Well worth it for me.
