Question Definitive brake kit recommendations.

I have an 08 V6 Limited and am in the market for new brakes. The front likely needs new pads/rotors and the rear got replaced recently by a small shop but the brake dust in general front/rear has me wanting to at least replace the rear pads as well as the front with a ceramic variant. Can anyone tell me what I should get and send links to all products so I can just go ahead and order them, and if I really should replace the rear rotors even though they aren’t that old because I want to change the pads to ceramic let me know what I should do for the front and rear. Thanks in advance

Go with rockauto.

Akebono PROact pads (same as OEM).

Centric rotors- cheapest rotors are fine unless you need the coated rotors for rust protection.

Calipers will have a stamp (WH or WG) that will tell you what size rotor to buy.

About 4 years ago I started installing Powerstop ceramic pads and Geomet coated rotors on all my vehicles. Typically buy from Rockauto but always double check the price on Amazon. You can buy them in a kit but surprisingly it can be cheaper to buy them individually. For my T4R, I installed the Z17 pads. If you do a lot of towing, you could consider the Z36 pads. Regarding front rotors, you should verify whether you need the 338mm size or the smaller 319mm's.
