Gas pedal/floorboard vibration

On a bit of a wild goose chase....
Getting a light vibration in the gas pedal/floor board between ~20-40 mph/1500-2000 rpm when accelerating. I lifted the front slightly with 5100s to level out the truck after deleting Xreas about 5 months ago. I cleaned the throttle body yesterday and noticed an improvement in throttle response but the vibration is still there...like a cell phone vibration. Next step is to replace the spark plugs and inspect the U-joints...specifically the front.
Could this be the needle bearing? I have 235K and I wouldn't be surprised if I'm still on the original. I read somewhere in my search for a solution that the ECGS swap doesn't work on the V8 AWD Limited (which I have). If this is true, and it's the culprit, will I simply need to replace the needle bearing more often?

Thanks for any help.

Anyone have any advice or insight? Again, I appreciate any help...I'm trying to avoid throwing money at unneccesary things. This is unlike any other vibration I've had (wheel bearings, bad CV, bent rim).

I'm not sure what either of these mean. You lifted the front end with new struts? Or new struts and springs? What is an ECGS (East Coast Gear Supply) swap? What? Gears? Locker? Clamshell? What doesn't work on V8 AWD?
