"Programmable Things" in my 4th Gen?

Does anyone have a list of things that can be "programmed" by a dealership in a 4th gen? Or know where such a list is posted? Things like "beep" when locking/unlocking, default setting for the fresh/recirc on the HVAC. I want to have those two set & possibly a key programmed. I assume the dealer will charge a minimum of 1 hour shop time so I want to compile a list of what I want done so I can get it all done at once. As always TIA.

I don't know about the beep but your owner's manual tells you how to change the door lock settings. I changed mine to unlock all the doors when I put it in park, lock them when I put it in gear. There are a few choices.

I don't have the dual HVAC so I can't speak to any default settings there. I know mine will go to recirculate for the A/C if you set the temp to LO. I've not checked the owner's manual for that.

You need a locksmith to change/code the engine immobilizer code. They can do it cheaper than the dealership and they will come to your home or work. You can change the key fob but those instructions are usually part of a new key fob. I'm attaching the instructions I used for mine, maybe it will work for you.

Automatic windows/moonroof.

Only with technicality, when you disconnect the battery the automatic windows must be reprogrammed in order to work. This is how you disable them if you don't like them.
This also means you must re-program rear window in order to use rear wiper.

You can program everything that the dealer can with a cable like this one https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B084P3WCJC and a pirated copy of Techstream. You'll probably need to spend some quality time with google to get a version of Techstream, an older version will be fine as long as it is not older than your 4Runner
