Hey T4R, just wanted to share my latest update on my 4th gen. I originally ordered over a year ago the Solidshifts concepts 3d printed mount for my fog light kit along with a set of Baja SAE yellow fog lights. I sanded them, primed, painted, and 2k clear coated them. After mounting them I was somewhat disappointed.
So after doing some more searching around on here I decided to order the FuzedFab light kit with Diode Dynamics S3 pro yellow SAE fogs. What a WORLD of difference. So after trying both here are my thoughts.
Solidshift Concepts mount
Positives:
- Love the look of them. Give the most factory feel with some LED pods
- Solid build quality.
Negatives
-Not much room to aim the lights based on how they mount to the bracket.
-Rear middle support (out of 3) is secure but can be tricky to line up right and lock into place.
Now for the FuzedFab setup
Positives:
- Much more room to aim since the lights bolt in from the sides instead of the rear
- Very solidly built
- Love the DD rock lights used as the turn signal and DRL
Negatives:
- Two bolts to support the bracket instead of the factory 3.
- More wiring work involved since we are replacing the factory turn signal and DRL
- the tiniest of gap around the edge of the mount and the body. Might have to put something behind it to fill it out more.

In the end im very happy with the new DD lights and FuzedFab mount. Will probably be looking to sell my Solidshift mount soon if there is interest. In the mean time, comparison shots and lot of output in the following post!
