It's a RAV4.
What have happened to him, looks like he was run over by a tank.

I hope that's a RAV4, 4runners are supposed to to be rated high in safety. But all I could say when I saw it was "Holy Shit!!"
Hope the person didn't have the family with them, obviously no one made it out.

I don't think an H1 would have fared any better. It was literally ran over by a semi. That truck could have been hauling 50k lbs.

That looks fatal unless it was a train wreck and driver got out before hit. Hard to believe that it was 4Runner once.

5-lugs
It has to be a Rav4, that my ex sat on!
Looks like something got dropped square on it. I cannot believe a t-bone would be that clean.

Don't think getting ran over by a semi would make it that clean. Only the cab and the front seat area are flatten, the engine bay and rear quarters are still fairly intact. Unless the semi was the height of BigFoot. I'd expect something to be hit by impact to be ripped away.
Since when was a RAV4 an exotic?

It's probably BS and got smashed up at the junkyard, it looks more like a huge building support beam fell on it from a crane or something.

If the vehicle is listed incorrectly (which is obviously the case here), then the story is probably wrong too. Maybe something did fall on that poor Rav4 from above, but they mixed up the picture/description with one from a 4Runner instead.
Or maybe they just make things up on that website without even knowing the truth.
Either way, they are wrong about the vehicle and seem full of crap about the story behind the picture.
