Again, thanks for the comps everyone. Here are the specs:
Revtek 3" front c.s. kit, 2.5" rear c.s. kit.
Then the fabbing began...
I had new 3/4" thick steel spacers made for the front to replace the 3/8" thick top spacer of the revtek. This gave me nearly another inch at the wheels. The front bumper and inner fenders have been trimmed. Pinch welds pounded.
I then bought new upper control arms from Inland Truck in so-cal. Lance(goodtimes on yotatech) and I have the first two protypes. They are awesome, tube steel, uniball joint.
The rear is a combo of the revtek spacers, an additional custom spacer, and custom coils. I plan on re-working all of the rear setup once Downey's coils finally hit the market for the general public.
The panhard bar has been dropped. The front diff has not. I have had no probs with the cv boots, so until I do, it will remain where it is.
Overall, I have about 4" in lift and my cv angles are still less than 10 degrees. I am running H2 tires (bfg a/t's) that i found on tirerack.com for $115 a tire when they were running a sale. The tires are 315/70R17's. My wheels are konig tremor 17 x 8.5's. The tires clear the control arms, bumper, and fender just fine now, and just rub minimally on the frame at a full crank of the wheel. I have done some pretty wild mudding with the setup, and all is working awesome. Hope that helps.
