Toyota doesn't make manuals on CD. I wish they did.
Toyota has a Web site called the
Toyota Tech Info System (TIS) that has electronic copies of everything you would want to know about your truck. TIS costs $10 for one day of access, or more for longer subscriptions. The catch is that they break the manuals into hundreds of little PDF files that are 2-3 pages each, so you can't simply "download the manual" in one shot, though they are well hyperlinked for use online.
There are CD's all over eBay that people have made by downloading all of the material from TIS. You'll also find used paper manuals on eBay.
