My 2003 V8SE has now 146,000 miles.

(but I still don't know if it's the first or second timing belt, sine I bought it with 126,000...)

Toyota timing belt kits come with a label for date and mileage of replacement for the mechanic to stick somewhere under the hood.

I'm surprised to not see any higher mi. trucks in here. I figured many people would chime in over 150k - interesting. Maybe in a year or so we'll see more - when the '03s are 7-8 years old.

03 4x4 170,000 km, Haven't changed the timing Chain yet. Not sure when it is recommended?

V6 or V8?

The V6 has a timing chain... nothing to change. The V8's timing belt change is recommended by Toyota at 90k miles.
