Question Question about exclamation point light on 04 4runner

Hi! I test drove a used 04 4runner yesterday and am very interested in the car. However, there was an orange light that had an exclamation point inside a V on. What does this mean and should I shy away from this car. The salesman said it meant the tires were low?? For some reason, I doubted that. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

Actually, the salesman was correct, that light indicates that one of the tires was low on air, and it could have been the spare tire. When I bought mine new, the light was on, so they just added air to the tires and it went away.

Thank you. This guy was a little sterotypical car salesman (no offense to anyone that is) and I probably wouldn't work with him if we go back to get the car. I just didnt want to buy a car that already had problems. Thanks so much for letting me know!

It's not a big deal Christie. The icon is just letting you know one of the tires is low on air. Blowing them up to the correct pressure of approximately 32 PSI should cause it to go off. I've never had the tire pressure light come on for me. Maybe I'll deflate the tire a bit at the gas station and see what happens?
