It was our first trip to Moab and we loved it there. There are every level of trails and roads. Something for everybody. We stayed on the easy stuff being 2 WD and all.
Looks like that mud pit did not slow you down at all. How were you able to keep traction in that thing? Just using forward momentum? Do you have a locker on that thing?
it was fine. i drop to 20 lbs in the tires when i head out there and ya just keep the momentum up and ride the wake
heres a video to show how i was running through it courtesy of Masa
went out today, pretty much my first time doing anything in the 4runner. not much in FL other than mudholes, which i cant in with 2wd and the stock Dunlops.
this was in the more open and clear area so i could have room for pics.
i only had my little point and shoot camera and not my SLR so these are the best pics i have.

You race 4runners? Is that some type of Texas racing circut that has so far remained underground?
got a quick video from the trail the other day. cant wait to go back and find some more exciting trails. i'll be picking up a suction cup Camera mount to use on the 4runner and my mustang

not really just in the scca (sports car club of america) its fun! you get some people with powerful cars and cant control them so think of their face when a SUV kicks their booty!! thats why I love trucks they are the perfect sleepers! the 4th gen braking system though is a pain and hard to overcome however.

they have things like safety straps so the camera won't fall on the ground and they're supposed to be quality products.
i don't have any personal experience with them though.

i was just gonna get this and mount it on the inside of the windshield. and if it was sturdy enough, maybe mount it on the outside. i just have a Digital camera that takes decent video.
