Hi Guys,

As per your posts:

1) All orders placed are shipping today. I apologize for the delay however I had to take two days off due to some unexpected personal matters.

2) ronsta - I would suggest putting in your stock halogen low beams to see the difference between HIDs and halogens. The $199.99 price is the lowest that we have ever sold the Xtreme kit for on the website. With the T4R coupon code you actually get them for $174.99

No problem. There were too many good reviews of your company and it's products here to make the think there was anything shady going on.

Uneek isn't convinced that HIDs on the 4Runner are brighter. I definately see that they are brighter than halogens. I got HIDs because halogens don't do anything when it's in poor weather. Plus...when it rains, it refracts off the road & the headlights are useless.

The squirrel finder gave out a lot of glare, on-coming cars think that your high beams are on. After I eliminated the squirrel finder, I still get flashed by on-coming cars. Reason is because I never aimed the headlights lower.

I just put my set in this weekend (XenonDepot H11 4300k Xtreme HID Kit). It went pretty smoothly thanks to 4RunnerRon's thread.

I have to say that the "instructions" on the xenon depot website leave a little to be desired. I wish they would have had a parts list explaining what each part was, but after a little confusion I got the lights in in about 1.5 hours.

Overall I'm really pleased with the product, but I think a little better instructions would go a long way.

Hi flashbolt,

Thank you so much for taking the time to post. I will definitely take that into consideration!

I am glad to hear that you are happy with the product though.

Enjoy!

Xtreme v. Volt

What's the difference between the original Xtreme HID kit($200) and the Volt HID kit($120)?

I realize that the Volts are slimmer than the Xtremes, but shouldn't that make them more expensive? Is there a quality difference? What am I missing?

Hi,

There are 3 main differences between the 2 lines:

1) The country of manufacture of the actual components.

2) The Xtreme kit comes with a relay harness that will power the ballasts directly from the battery whereas the Volt kit does not.

3) The Xtreme bulbs use German made Philips anti-uv quartz glass whereas the volt kit does not.

Please view this link for more information about the 2 kits:
