yikes, only way is to get a new cluster and steal them from it. Ebay is best place to find old clusters. Sometimes you can get them cheap on there. I can't recall, are you SR5 or limited?I have some limited needles, fixing another person's issues. Let me know. I would be interested in the SR5 cluster after you rob needles if thats what you need.

I fixed the one on mine with some carful plastic welding but I’m afraid to take it back apart and it not surviving lol . I missed the one stupid light that shows the x1000 rpm. OCD is kicking in. I could use a speedometer needle off a limited if you ever have an extra one I could buy from you.

What’s your email so I can send you my number. I may as well see how much you want to do my hvac lights and stuff too. I got the neo lights and they are too bright . Like even with my gauges turned all the way down they light up my driver and passenger seat.

New here, but been looking at this thread for about two weeks now.
Replaced my climate control lights as well as the rear window switch light, glove box, shifter and cup holder lights with LED's. I don't know how the PO saw anything. Only the arrows on the climate control worked, all other lights were burnt out.
However for the life of me, I coudln't figure out how to get the LCD LED's to work. I bought NEO 4 from superbirght from one of the multiple links on this thread. I finally noticed that they were the HP lights. Can't seem to find the non HP NEO4's so I'll probably mess around with finding an acc wire and tapping into that and running a wire to the LED's.

My 4runner got hit by a drunk driver and I pulled the radio and dash cluster that I did LED conversions to blue LEDs. If anyone is looking for an already covered dash cluster or JBL Synthesis 6CD changer radio, DM me about it. I'm asking $150 for the cluster and $200 for the radio. That seems to be the same price as the parts without the LED conversion done to them.
I also have a bunch of other accessories from the 4Runner too:
- rubber OEM floor mats
- carpet OEM floor mats
- rear cargo retractable cover
- rear cargo spider web tie down
- head rests from all the seats (inc. middle second row)
- CBI off-road fender light/antenna mounts (both L/R)

Not yet. I just did the timing belt, but as for the LCD display it just isn't backlit. There is a post that I saw on here somewhere of a guy tapping in a 12v supply and then running wires to the LED's. I don't really want to do that, as there are others on here that have done the swap with no issues.

Currently still in the process of upgrading my T4R. I've done all non solder bulbs. Anyone that stumbles on this, if you buy the ones on amazon, 50 pk, that go in the holders and don't need resistors... you can scuff or sand the acrylic to reduce the hot spot effects in your center console lights. For the hvac LCD, I can confirm there are neo wedges you can buy that don't need the 12v accessory mod. I'll repost the link to save someone from digging through all the pages. I just did a direct swap with the neo4 wedges and they work fine.
Neo Wedge
