Question Wheel choice 2007 SR5

I am looking to get some wheels and think I've decided on the Pro Comp 8107s. I am looking at the 17x8 with a +6mm offset. I want to bring the wheels out without using spidertrax spacers, I may even consider the -6mm offset, but that wheel will be 17x9 which I believe I should avoid.

I will be lifting this truck sooner than later, but want to get my rims first and widen the stance at the same time. When I lift it will be either OME or Cornfed 3/2 probably.....still up in the air about what I really "need"......

Well here's my truck and the pics of the wheels I might get, I've spent hours "searching" on here and have yet to find anyone with this combination. Any inputs or links to share?

I wish I had photoshop so I could "fit them and see" anyone feeling generous?

I can't help out with the lift or anything, but I did a little photoshop. They're not great, but it might give you an idea.

Here's your original picture with the wheels:

And here's another one just for fun. It's from the Toyota website:

I like those very much...as long as they are one color.

Wow....thanks so much David! I really am undecided whether I want 2 color rims, or just one color. I like the way it looks in the photoshop pic, and I do like some of the 3rd Gens I've seen that are silver w/ black rims!

Too many choices on the mods for the runner ( Good problem to have! )

Thanks for the input guys

No problem!

Another option could be to powder coat them.

That a good thread....I like willrunners setup, I think I will be going w/ something real close to his. Being I've got the bigger fender flares I want to be sure to get a wheel that will fill out the stance properly.

Thanks for the help guys, I've been lurking on here since I bought my 4 runner last year and have learned soooo much from everyone here.
