Looking for pics of 265/70/R17s on 4th gens with no lift

I am specifically looking for Goodyear Wrangler Silent Armors in this size, and preferably on a 2wd, though I think that this suspension is pretty much the same (at least the stance looks the same). All I can find are pics of lifted 4runners so I cant do a good comparison. Thanks.

Nice looking ride. It does not seem to fill up the wheel well excessively w/o the lift. I am looking for something for my wifes 4runner and the 265/70s are a lot easier to find than the 265/65s it came with. Also she wont let me put a lift on the front, so I gotta work with what I can. Thanks.

thanks man...I think the 275/55/R17 BF MT's (off the Jeep Rubicon) fit too without having to trim etc...I recently went offroading for the first time and had no issues with my AT's...

Not Goodyear SA's, Nitto Terra Grapplers. But stock height on 265/70/17's.

They are 255/75/17's, I am running them. Although I have only had mine about 700 miles, they have been great.

Looks awesome DETarch! How much does it throw off the speedo? Are the Nittos noticeabley louder or different handling? Did you see a drop in MPG?

Thanks. From what I've read, the speedometer is off by a couple mph at highway speeds. I don't really have any way to tell, and it certainly hasn't been a problem.

I bought the truck with Bridgestone H/T's, so there is a VERY slight noise difference. However, it's definitely not enough to notice if you weren't listening for it.

My city mpg has remained the same and I've seen about a 0.1 or 0.2 mpg decrease on the highway.

The Nittos handle great and I'd definitely recommend them, especially for the price. I've already had them in dry conditions, rain, and snow, and they've handled each with ease.

Good luck!

Here you go

These are 265/70/17 Goodyear Silent Armors. I lost about 1.5 mpg with them which I attribut to their weight (they are very heavy). I love the ride feel and traction from these. Also see this thread: http://www.toyota-4runner.org/showth...threadid=45468
