Valve adjustments on '03 V8?

There is a sticker under the hood on the new V8 4Runner that lists intake and exhaust valve clearances and says something like this is the only adj. necessary during a tune up.

Does anyone know what this means? I would hope they are self adjusting valves! Adjusting 32 valves would be mighty pricey.

Just one last anxiety causer before I take delivery tomorrow.

I am afraid they need inspection and adjustment every 60K miles or so.....

Check the manual also...

valve jobs are only required during major service.
