Adjusted Bilsteins to 1.75 from .85 and installed the toytec superflex with a 1/4 spacer on front driverside to correct the lean. I should have went for the 1/2 top plate spacer since my lean was 1" difference. Still satisfied.

Now time for some wheels and tires! Thinking of TRD pro wheels with 265/70 falken wildpeak a/t3w tires

Not too shabby for an 11 year old beast. We’ve been through a lot, almost sold her a time or two, but glad I kept her in the end. I almost traded her in for a 3rd gen Taco but figured a refresh on mods was easier than the new car payment. Still some things coming but she’s getting close. I’ll drive it till the wheels fall off, but not because of a bad wheel bearing as I replaced those lol.

Looking good! I had thought about selling mine a time or too as well. Not sure I ever will. She will be 17 in Nov.

Your rig was my inspiration so hard for this bumper. It’s one of the only 06+ on their website with full hoops. I did botch the tube job and had to run it stinger style, but I’m happy with how it turned out for my first time welding anything ever.

TC UCA’s 285’s and stock wheels? You’re gonna have to buy spacers at least. I’m almost positive you’re gonna rub on the UCA.

is this because the back spacing and width is too wide on this gen Trail edition wheels? i was hoping i'd be able to get away without having to get wheel spacers.

What kind of wheels? You might need to do body mount chop with those tires, the Ridge Grapplers are a wider tire in compared to others in the hybrid class. I run same size tires on Methods 17x8.5 0 offset would rub only extreme flex. Now body mount chopped and added body lift no rub at all.

285/70 is about 33 inches tall, 11.3+ inches wide

Btw just heads up but you should ask the guys in the 5th gen threads since they would know more about spacing on your 5th gen.
