Does this engine bay look normal?

Hi, I am looking at this 99 4Runner that I might purchase. It has a 4 cyclinder engine and is 5speed. Does the engine bay look right? To me, it doesnt look straight for some reason, but maybe thats how its supposed to be? Thanks in advance.

It looks like it was cleaned up to hide some leaks. The harnesses, cables and tubes look rather haphazardly arranged as well. The radiator looks dented, as if it is a junk yard replacement. Maybe the front end was hit.

It does look fishy.
