iForce is just a name for Toyota's truck line V8s. The current 5.7, 4.6 and the old 4.7 are all iForce V8s. Similar to how Ford calls their truck engines Tritons.
The numbers for the 4th gen V8:
4.7 without VVT-i: 235hp@4800rpm / 320ft-lb torque@3400rpm (2003-04)
4.7 with VVT-i (as listed in MY2005 literature): 270hp@5400rpm / 330ft-lb torque@3400rpm*
4.7 with VVT-i (under 2006 SAE J1349 ratings): 260hp@5400rpm / 306ft-lb torque@3400rpm*
*These two engines are exactly the SAME. It's just how the numbers are archeived and measured is different. The 2006-09 are no slower or weaker than the 2005.
