Idiot fog light mod move

so i was in the process of doing the fog light always on (high/low) mod and accidnetly screwed it up. I orginally for testing purposes hooked it up to the fuse box mounting screw for ground and it worked perfectly. When i went to hook it up permantly and so it would look nice, i put the cord from the fuse box fog relay ground to the power source of the FUSE BOX ahhh...anyways, the 15a fuse is not blown, the relay(blue) is working fine, i know this cause i swapped out the relay with another and the fogs are still not working. I checked the fog lights and they are not blown and also checked the power to the fog lights(right at the plug) and there is none. Ideas? diagrams? I cant find a good diagram in the search function. Thanks
