So I decided I want to drop on a shrockworks but I can't decide between all hoops, center hoops only, and no hoops.

Also should I get a winch, if so what kind. Also what other things should I get with it.
This is a birthday present from my dad so money isnt much of a problem just not top of the line most expensive stuff.

Being everything you are doing to your truck it seems you are going to wind up somewhere someday that a 2wd shouldn't be so the winch may be a good idea.

good idea, but the steel bumper + the winch may be a little heavy if u still have stock springs in front. warn, milemarker, or smittybilt xrc8, with rope to save weight. Winch Depot - Winches & Winch Accessories by WARN, Smittybilt, Mile Marker & Superwinch-RH2 my 2c is all hoops will give it the offroad appearance ur looking for.

I would look into swapping out your suspension. It will handle the bumper better as well as improve the ride quality both on-road and off. You can go with OME if you don't want to spend a fortune, or check out overland warehouse's Radflo setup.
Get black with all hoops. For the winch I would get the Warn M8000 (best priced). You can pick them up for $539 on Amazon.
Make sure you switch the cable line to synthetic. Amsteel blue is what you'll need. It's safer and much lighter.
You'll also need to pick up a set of fog lights for the bumper. If you want some driving lights on top I would suggest Lightforce.

Ok so for the record, my Bilstien 5100's with fj springs won't be able to handle all the weight and it would be nessary to just get stronger springs than fj springs or full on new suspension. I mean I thought the bilstiens were meant to handle extra weight.

imo, since u have 2wd, & wouldnt be doing the extreme trails, its at the very least the front springs u should be concerned with, the bumper is around 140 alone & depending what winch & cable u get, it could be another 65lbs. maybe total of 200 xtra upfront, id say a better way to go than what u now have is to maybe lower the setting on the bilsteins & use an OME 885 or 886 instead of the FJ coils. Front OME Lift Coils - Toytec Lifts: Toyota Lift Kits: FJ Cruiser Lift Kits, Tacoma Lift Kits, Tundra Lift Kits, 4 Runner Lift Kits, Sequoia Lift Kits, Toyota Truck Lift Kits
