Here’s mine. Bought last year from another forum member.
I’ve done a few cosmetic things myself; painted roof rack, tinted windows, color matched rear bumper that was silver, polished hazy headlights, added n-fab Nerf bars, replaced sub and all speakers except the 2.5” ones (have to cut some sheet metal), sanded off and converted a decent amount of rust underneath.
LEDS all over inside.
Still deciding what I’m going to do with the grill and headlights & possibly taillights. Still need to deal with some rust and some preventative treatment.

Shortly after I brought her home and started fiddling with her.
And then three months in.

Did you replace the door handles with black? I’ve been trying to find them in black. With as many people driving these 4th gen’s, I’ve been surprised how it seems like there is a distinct lack of aftermarket products (compared to other vehicles like the Tacoma). If you have a pick up or a Jeep, you could find anything you could practically think of already marketed, but if you have a 4th gen, you’ve got TWO kinds of headlights without going custom? Maybe 3 nerf bars? No fog light replacement other than OEM if you have the 2-part slot. And don’t get me started on trying to replace or black out the emblems and badging.

The door handles are a $20 black overlay with 3M tape off of eBay to see if I really like them. They felt terribly cheap at first, but looked good from 10 feet away.
I've since gotten used to them and don't even notice them anymore.
I bought a set of 5th Gen black badging. I installed the "Limited" on the pillar like the new models have it and waffled terribly on where to put the "4RUNNER" because it's a different size.
I finally just installed it where the original was and it suits me just fine.

It was, and I'm incredibly jealous
Trails were the only 4th gens with factory rear lockers, iirc
