Post XRC Brake Caliper

I’m hoping this set of Xtreme Ride Components calipers will help with my frozen caliper issues. I replaced my factory caliper about 1.5 years ago after finding several pistons frozen. I bought an aftermarket caliper for replacement and just over a year later I have sticking and frozen piston again. I was disappointed with the after marker calipers because after a week of having them on they were covered in surface rust and now frozen again. At least the factory ones lasted about 5 yrs and had no rust.
I found XRC on the web and talked to them and were familiar with this frozen piston issue with the 4runner. According to them they supposedly treat the caliper for corrosion before painting. The caliper comes fully painted and appears to be highest quality of all the aftermarket calipers I’ve seen so I figured I’d give them a try. Here are a few pics. I’m just waiting for my Stop Tech brake lines to come in before I swap them out.

Did you ever get these installed? If so, what brake pads and rotors did you go with? How do you like them? I've always thought the brakes on the 4runner feel a bit mushy- do these calipers help? Thanks!

What is a sure sign that your calipers are frozen? Front Wheels covered in brake dust?

Your front wheels are always going to have more dust than the back. And both calipers aren't likely to freeze at the same time. It would be more likely that one of the front wheels has much more dust than the other. You would also probably notice a big decrease in fuel efficiency and the car would probably pull to that side while driving and while braking.

When you try to push the pistons back into the caliper bore(s).

What are the cost for a set of those? They bolt up like factory? Are they teh same size and clamping force?

They seem like good products.
