Door Sill

quick question.........
Im looking to remove my door sills on my 04 (a thin piece of plastic), but Im unsure how it comes off. Im a little nervous about prying it off b/c I might brake something off, like a clip, etc.

Anyone know the best way to take these off.......or whats holding them on?

Thx.

Where are the clips? How to I go about removing the sills without breaking off the clips?

For the front sills there are clips in the middle. In the very front the sill has a non-replaceable clip (connector) molded into the plastic that snaps into the kick panel. Towards the back is a tab that slips under the center pillar plastic. The last time I pulled mine off, I pulled up on the middle, and got the tab out at the back and finally released the front but that is probably the opposite from the way Toyota intended. I just couldn't get the front to release.
