What did you drive before your 4Runner

Hey, there was a post in Classic T4R's about headlights, and somehow we got on the subject of what we drove before our 4Runners. So I was just wondering what everyones first car was or what you drove before their 4Runner or if it your Runner was your first. By the way I drove an 1986 VW Jetta GL, 5 speed, fast little car.

I drove an 86 Ford Bronco II with a 6" lift and about $10,000 in upgrades (yes I'm a dumbass) It was quite a change to get used to my 2003 4Runner Sport !

I drove a 99' Rav4. Such a small and responsive vehicle. It was always fun driving it.... but now... I drive what I drive. Kinda like Mark86, my mom and I both drive 4th gen 4runners. (Limited of course)

My first and only other car was my '94 Mustang, that I bought brand new. Pretty basic except for a bra, racks, and near the end I got some smoked heads and chromed tails.

A 2000 Honda Accord SE. Good car, I miss it sometimes. I should've kept it, but I don't know what I would do with two cars..

I still have my Lexus GS400 and my last car was a Supercharged

BMW 328i. I like them silver and low, though the Lexus isn't nearly as slammed as the bimmer was.

I got a 1989 Toyota Supra when I was 16....then bought a 1996 Grand Prix GTP...then sold it for a 1996 4Runner SR5 4x4 (later added the TRD SC)....then, after getting a computer science degree, I picked up what I had been wanting forever, a 1994 Toyota Supra Turbo ;) then just about a month ago, Dec. 16, I picked up my 2005 4Runner Sport 4x4 vvt-i V8 ;)

the only one I dont still have is the Grand Prix...stupid GM....it kept having alternator problems. So now I have 2 supras and 2 4runners! (points to my post name "2 4runners")

I drove a beautiful brand new 2000 Toyota Solara SE V6 5 Spd. It had charcol gray leather, sunroof, a TRD body kit, various TRD accessories, 17 Konig Imagine's on 225/45/17 Nitto 450's... I miss that car !!! But I must say... it doesn't compare to my 4Runner.

My first was an '85 Buick. Bought it from an old lady for $900, totalled it w/in three months and got $3200 from insurance. I then drove a '94 Dodge Intrepid for a year because it was just an extra car in the family.

Traded that on a '95 BMW, which I then traded on a '98 Runner.

I got my new Runner in early 2003. No looking back.

Let me see my first car was a 1975 Camaro then a 1991 Mustang then a 1999 Audi A4 then a 2002 BMW 325i and finally the 2004 T4R SE. I still own and use the Audi and BMW on the weekends. R.I.P to the Camaro and Mustang.
