Try it and see what happens. Should basically just disable the ABS pump, but you'll still have normal hydraulic brakes - old school.
Back in the early days, I've heard of people putting in switches to disable ABS on cars for offroad and winter driving purposes - a locked wheel was better for digging in rather than spinning over loose surfaces. Hell, I used to have an old Audi that had a factory ABS defeat switch right in the middle of the dash (along with the locking diffs switch
).
