Replacing door seal - how to?

Through a mis-communication mishap (daughter left door open, didn't tell me, I backed the open door into a post) the rubber seal on my driver side rear door has been fouled up. Thank god that's all that was damaged.

Does anybody have information on how to replace the seal? A local dealership quoted me $57 for the part and $150 or so for labor. I'd rather do it myself, and some info would be good in case there's any hidden gotchas.

I've got a 2008 SR5.

Are you talking about the seal that runs all the way around the door? If so pull on part of it and you'll see it just pulls off and the new one "pushes" into the grooves/dovetail. $150 labor? Maybe I'm misunderstaning which moulding here, but the one piece moulding I'm thinking of should take 10 mins to replace.
