Addicted Offroad Sliders

Searched but couldn't find any close pics of the sliders and how they mount. Anyone with pics of the bolt-ons?

I believe that all Addicted Sliders are weld on. I have Addicted Sliders for my 3rd Gen and they are sweet. Super well built. 4th gen sliders will be just as good I'm sure.

They are weld on only. We do NOT believe that bolt on sliders will do the job. We plate the frame when we weld these on to help spread the load.

It also allows dirt, water, salt, grime to get between the plate and the frame which could lead to rust issues in the future.

These are actually made by Trail Gear (shows that on the bottom of the page), there's been a bit of discussion on their sliders here. I don't think they're in the same class as the other sliders offered, such as the custom ones from Addicted Offroad.

I do sell the 58" and 67" Trail-Gear sliders as well. However, the 58s are too short and the 67s are too long. The 64" ones we build specifically for 3rd and 4th gens are the answer. They are MUCH heavier duty than the cheaper TG versions. Mine have .188 wall legs and main body, where as the TG ones are only .120 wall material and tend to deflect enough to the hit the body when landed on hard.

We can also build them with or without kickouts.

How effective are the kickouts? I've been reading here and there, but haven't really found any specific benefits to having kickouts on sliders?
