A/c Blows warm on driver's side and cold on passenger's side

My 2004 4Runner just started blowing warm air on the driver's side only. It is blowing cool on the passenger's side. So I do not think that the problem is with the refridgerant but I may be wrong. Could it be a relay or fuse issue? Or do I need to take the dashboard off and check the vents?

Is this a dual zone climate option? Are there any odd noises when trying to change vent settings and such? Also what happens when you set it to A/C and heater?

I know our newer Camry's have a tendency to do the opposite (Driver's side warm air, Passenger's side cold) when the refrigerent gets on the low side. Not sure if it applies to our other models.
