Climate Control Issue After Kenwood DDX418 Install
I had Best Buy install a double din unit last night, DDX418, and i got it in on the way to work this morning to use the climate control and it is not working properly. Everything from one click above low is full blown heat and Lo is full blown cold. Any ideas what could have been done for this to happen or how to fix it? If i cant do it ill end up taking it to Best Buy but figured i would try to fix it myself first. Thanks for any help.

Let me know when you can send those pictures. I'm going to put them in the album on here. Thanks Jason.

I think I've heard about this happening before. Check to make sure they plugged the temp sensor behind the lower dash panel below the steering wheel in. Location of sensor should be behind the area with little horizontal slits in the plastic.

Excellent, thank you! I will pull the dash apart tonight and see if this is the problem. I appreciate your help!

Just an update, pulled off the panel below the steering wheel and they forget to plug in the sensor. Plugged her up and she is working good as new.
