Can somebody help me identify this component?

Can anyone help me identify the component in the attached photo? It is on the underside, near the rear drive shaft. The cable toward the front goes to the transmission and the two hoses toward the rear go to the rear wheels. It is leaking a clear fluid, but I don't know what it is. Thanks.

The two going to the rear wheels is the parking brake cable.
