gibson exhaust + Cold Air Intake

Regarding exhaust with zero drone and not stupid loud but much better sounding than stock v6 (4x4) exhaust, would gibson be a good choice? Also, any benefit to the side exit (behind tire) compared to the straight back exit, or does gibson only do straight back? Last thing, would K&N or volant intake be good combo with the gibson? Should I expect any MPG improvements with these two upgrades? Thanks for any help.

What about borla or magnaflow, they have any drone?

The gibson exhaust is the same for v6/v8 and only dumps straight out back, I just ordered mine and have custom bent

so you're saying the v8 vs v6 vs 4x4 vs 4x2 doesn't matter? the gibson website wants you to specify if it's 4WD or 2WD and when I choose 4WD it doesn't list as available. how you get the custom bent so it comes out behind the tire? would any exhaust specialist shop be able to do this?
