LED Turn Signals

I've replaces most of my incandescent bulbs with LED's and I also replaced my turn signals and I rea that they might hyperflash and they did. I was wondering is hyperflashing bad and if so why? And how can I fix it and how would that work.

You need a resistor to control the blink rate.

you can also buy a new flasher from superbrightleds for $25 I think.

I don't believe it will hurt anything but it is annoying when they blink too fast.

If u want to take a pic of your flasher to verify compatibility i can hook u up. But be sure u check it before u think about ordering one....what yr is your truck? If u want resistors i can help u with that as well.

Resistor installation: quite simple one wire on one and the other on the other.

I would like to replace the rear turn signals to LEDs and was wondering where you purchased them? The size is 992 or 7440A correct?

I put LEDs in my turn signals last year. I replaced the flasher with one from superbrightleds, quick and easy fix.
