Looks good! Did the tpms work after you put a different set of wheels on your t4r?

I picked up my set this weekend too. I haven't installed them, since I'm still trying to decide if I want to get new tires for them now, or just run the Bridgestones that came on them for a while. I did snap a pic with one setting beside my 4Runner, just to make sure i like the look. I think i like it
p.s. Anyone interested in a set of 17" Sport Wheels with Dunflops on them? I'm in Northern Virginia

I really like the way they look cangler. what tires are you running?
Also I've got a question for whoever knows. Sorry for my ignorance, but I'm not entirely sure how the TPMS works. If I sell my old wheels (with TPMS) and put these wheels on (Without TPMS), am I going to get warning lights or anything? Is there something I need to do to disable the system, so the 4Runner isn't looking for the TPMS?
Or should I do like cangler did and have them transferred over to my new wheels?

Yes, you will get warning lights if you ditch your TPMS. I personally don't know how or if it is possible to disable the system. I don't know why you wouldn't just transfer the TPMS over to your new wheels, that is what I did when I put TE rims and new tires on my runner.

Mainly because I'm planning on selling my old SE wheels AND tires, then getting new tires for my new wheels.... so that would involve taking them to have the TPMS removed, and get the old tires remounted to the old wheels before I sell them.
That being said, though....I don't want to have that light on all the time because I ditched them...

Lookin good. I'm getting the OEM Bridgestones taken off mine today, so I can get something a little beefier on them. Can't wait to get them on the 4Runner.

finally
well that took a while. got my 2011 FJ Cruiser wheels and BFG All Terrains a couple months ago, and they've been sitting in my basement every since. I've been to busy to get them put on. I also have a Daystar 2.5/1.5 kit waiting to be put on, but i got tired of waiting, so i finally just got the wheels and tires put on today. hopefully the lift will come in the next couple weeks. so far, i'm liking the new FJ cruiser wheels so far.
anyway, it was getting dark by the time i got home, but here's a crappy phone pic of what it looks like so far. Once i get the lift on, i'll actually be able to post pics in the Lift and Tire Central thread.
