Got it fixed. I had to take a break and do some critical thinking. I simply cut the bolt off with my Sawzall. Went to the auto parts store, bought a new nut, bolt and a locked washer plus, a rod with a magnet on the end. Came home, fished out the nut (and half the bolt) from inside the frame (through a hole the size of a quarter), lined up the nut and locked washer, with my finger, above the hole, and screwed in the bolt from underneath. It was a real PITA, but i got the poly bushings in, ride is great. Glad it's done.
