Occasional Flashing Dash Warning Lights -- How to Investigate?

I have a 2009 SR5 V6 4WD. Occasionally some of the dash lights light up as indicated below, for a very short period, probably only a couple of minutes, then stop on their own. This is not frequent -- just now and again. When it happens, it is usually right after starting the vehicle from cold, but yesterday, it happened while driving, but as per usual, they went out after a couple of minutes.

These are the lights, one above the other in the dash, top to bottom:

VSC OFF -- It flashes
The pic of a car skidding in a square -- It is a solid light
ABS -- It is a solid light

So can anyone tell me what I have going on, and advise me how to address it myself? Is it most likely a developing ABS problem? Is it something that I can likely address myself, or am I going to need to take it to a service shop with electronic equipment (I am out of warranty and I don't go to dealerships -- I have an excellent independent shop). Should I just wait until it gets more frequent and stays on longer?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

This type of problem is asked over and over. I also was chasing an intermittent occurance of these lights on my Limited. Here's my fix, pull and clean the connections at each front wheel and any other connection on yours. Mine has a disconnect in the engine bay as I assume yours does too. Clean those 4 connections very well, clear any codes from the ECU and the odds are good your problem will be gone.

In other words you have a bad connection.

Thanks very much. That brings a couple of questions:
Where exactly at each front wheel are there electrical connections?
Whereabouts is the disconnect at the engine bay?
How do you clear the codes from the ECU?
