Call these guys, the full set for the fj/4runner is not listed on their website.
Bilstein Pre-Load Adjustable 5100 Series Shocks
They have them as a set of 4 for $299 shipped. I got mine from there last month through their ebay store.

I threw on a set of Daystar 1.5" rear spacers on the FJ coils to raise up the back. If you will see the pic I posted earlier in this thread, my 2wd V6 was a little nose high after I installed the 5100s at .85" and a set of FJ coils. What do you think? My dad teases me the truck is playing seesaw with me...front down, front up, front down. I think I am getting close though and it rides great. Just need a set of tires to go with the lift.

That looks just right to me. I like a little rake. I think you may have it
I've got a set of 5100's sitting here next to me that I hope to get in this weekend. I can't wait to see how they ride.
The only catch is my daughters car needs some work and I have been tapped this weekend to fix it :-(.
Hopefully I can knock hers out and then install the 5100's
Nice work. Best regards, Doug

I'm the same way. I've had my 5100's sitting in my room for like 2 weeks and am finally getting around to installing them on Tuesday. Can't wait!!!!

Dougtoms01 and Mireland4390 - Good luck with your installs!
Another quick pic...Went to get an alignment and just so happens that a stock '05 was in the parking lot. I wish I had taken a better side pic showing the difference in the stance, but you can still tell that my truck is much flatter and noticeably lifted. The tech even made a comment that he liked it.

Looks good.
I put the 5100's on the rear yesterday, but I couldn't tell much difference. Maybe a little stiffer.
Hopefully I'll notice more handling change when I do the fronts. Have to wait about a week until I get the money for alignment again. I guess I'll save for the Firestone Lifetime deal :-)

Yea you will notice a much larger difference when you do the fronts. I did my rears the night before I did the fronts.

Just wanted to drop my 2 cents in...
I put Bilstein 5100s all the way around with stock springs and the fronts set at .85, and I am completely in love with the setup. Better ride, better handling and the rake is dang near level. There are pics in my profile albums.... Love these things!
I may go to FJ springs and raise the front one more notch someday, but for now I'm extremely happy.

Noticed that you have BFG AT T/A KO 265/70/17. Did you encounter any rubbing issues, etc.?

No rubbing whatsoever. These have been my favorite tires for over a decade, and I used them on my 99 Tacoma before the 4runner, getting 60-80K on them before replacing. When I installed them on my 4runner before the Bilsteins, they filled the wheel-wells too much but still didn't rub at all. I wouldn't go any bigger than 265/70/17 though, at least the way I'm set up now, without worrying about rubbing....

If you have patience then wait until some used ones pop up. I bought all four FJ coils and two front spacers from another member here for about $140 shipped. Some people have got them even cheaper and a few got them for free from FJ guys swapping out their suspension before this became a popular mod. Watch the classifieds on this site and on the FJ sites. A lot cheaper option than buying new if you can get them from a low mileage FJ. You'll want to make sure that they came from a 4x4 FJ too, otherwise I don't think they will give you any additional lift. Check out ARK_SWAMP_RIDER's suspension thread. He has compiled a lot of this information quite nicely.

I just bought Bilstein 5100's for $300 shipped. ajusa,com
I bought 1.5" rear daystar + 1" front Daystar for $80 shipped, Streetsideauto.com
Waiting awhile for the fj coils, but FJforum classifieds is the best place as said.
