Go to JD Powers and look at how they rate both vehicles. You are on a Toyota 4runner site so we like the 4runners. I would also suggest that you go through the repair/warranty problem posts on both this site and a Jeep site. That should give you a good idea of what problem you may experience. Hope this helps.
