The only thing I have noticed if you have to pull the stalk for a few seconds 2-3 before the wipers come on. I feel it sprays too much fluid on before the wipers engage. I guess its made that way so the wipers and glass are wet instead of using a tiny bit of fluid and then rubbing dry dirt all over the place. Try holding it down for longer, if it doesn't engage after a few seconds, take it down to the dealer and have them look at it.
