Will order a new face eventually as my paint work was shotty at best. May try to find something to replicate the black metallic from the original theme.
Ps. Definitely recommend the Idata Maestro for added features and data from your vehicle such as gauges and TPMS readings.

Thanks for the response. I'm hoping to do a nice stereo build, so I'm definitely interested in replacing the factory unit. Your's looks great. I will likely try to paint the surround to match the cement color of the vehicle. Thanks again!

I had half a heart to do a glossy white to match my exterior, but I thought it might be a bit too much bling. Might give it a second thought, do you mind sending me a PM when you have yours done?

Wilco Offroad Hitchgate
Thanks for the compliment. The trucks do look great together and they definitely turn heads. Out here in the bay area, there just aren't that many 5th gens on the road, let alone real "rigs".
I wasn't too keen on replacing my OEM bumper with a heavy steel bumper with tire swing gate just yet so I opted for the reliable Wilco Offroad Hitchgate with the optional 2 jerry can trays, Hi-Lift jack mount plate and license plate relocation kit (not yet installed but soon). You can watch a video on Youtube where Eric demos the product on an older Jeep Cherokee. The price is pretty good in comparison to a full steel bumper and it's very solid, using the tow hitch receiver wedgeblock design.
I've customized mine a little, adding hardware that protects the Hi-Lift from bouncing around and/or scratching while mounted and also added ABS plastic spout cases for both fuel and water spouts that will attached to the jerry cans when in use. You can find more on my build thread starting here: Cytronus 2016 4Runner Trail Premium Build Thread (Pic Heavy)
Overall, I really like the Wilco Hitchgate.

I've looked around for a rear spare tire mount but haven't had much luck. Which one are you using on your 4Runner?
Many thanks!

How do you like the idatalink Maestro with the Pioneer. We are doing a similar install today on my Fiance's FJ with a Kenwood with Maestro + Steering wheel controls, HDMI/USB input and connecting the sharkfin. Are you able to obtain individual tire pressures/door ajar etc?
I am thinking about doing a similar install in mine but then realized I can get most of the stuff I want with just getting an iPad and a OBDII BT module. The one nice thing would be having apple carplay available since Entune is terrible.

YESS!! Queen valley is the best place to shoot IMO. What were you driving? I've seen a lot of FJ's out there shooting but never anyone wheeling toyotas. Mainly razors and stuff

Mall Crawl. Management doesn't believe it's beneficial to plow their parking lot.

The vinyl wraps have looked really clean from what Ive seen. Here is just one of the many threads of members having done this:
TRD Pro aftermarket stereo

It's integrated very well and the TPMS readout is very comforting to have. I'll try to take a picture of the screen when I get a chance. I had a slow leak coming from an off-road event and over the course of 3 hours went from 44psi down to 18 when the light finally came on.
I haven't used the HDMI/aux in myself, I don't have a need for it but seems to be a quick plug and play for it.
Crutchfield has a GPS plug adapter, highly recommend. There are two plug, one from the top and one below. These adapters will let you plug and play as well. I used one for the GPS and one for my XM. https://www.crutchfield.com/p_794SAT...C-SAT-TO2.html
I was not able to get the OEM USB to work and got a standalone plug for both aux and USB. USB1 is for Apple Carplay and USB2 is for Android Auto. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Last, the instructions are somewhat confusing but the OBD2 plug is required for the TPMS readouts. The gauges come through the main harness. Not sure if that will interfere with your iPad setup as I believe the plug may allow both, but can't confirm as I don't have any additional plugs for mine.
Good luck!

Tried to 3x but the corners are impossible to figure out. Called a vinyl shop here but the guy recommended hydro-dip. Shrug, I'm not too worried about it.
Thanks for the tip though.
