I set the focus area about 35" high above the ground, this was hard to do at night because it's hard to tell where the focus of the beam is on a white garage door.

Great tip. I was very disappointed at the as-delivered aiming of the low beams and was looking at options to switch to. That upper cut-off was ridiculously low, so I figured I had nothing to lose by adjusting the headlights. They were way out of spec using the traditional method of checking. I re-adjusted them and now it is not even an issue for me now.

swapped the silver front and back valances for black ones. It was honestly kind of terrifying to remove the bumpers from a 3-week old truck, lol.

Its a cable gland. There is a rubber bushing or insert that gets compress against the wires or cable to make a seal. Make sure you get the right cable gland size. I used a lot of RTV.

Scored an Android T8 headunit locally for a real decent price. Spent 3 hours getting it installed. For the life of me I just could not get the top 2 clips to stay in. After I got angry enough and gave it a hard punch, she was in place!
Then I realized it doesn’t have Siriusxm capabilities...... so I took it all out and reinstalled the stock headunit..
I was real skeptical about this unit, but for the 45 mins I had it powered up I really liked it. I should have done more research on it...
