@mtntrekker ...

1) Cut some plexiglass to fit. Had some of this lying around from something else.

2) 10/32 stainless bolts. Can't remember what length - I have a lot lying around.

3) Aluminum Standoff 3/8 OD x 10-32 Thread from aluminumspacers.com ... I bought 7/16 since that got it about the same height as the black plastic.

4) Stainless knurled head nut.

Besides giving a bit of protection from the weather, I think it finishes it off well and looks like it fits in with the fuse block and bus bar covers.

Thank you for the great information. I think it looks good too.

I really think ARB should switch to using fuel line or something similar as the plastic tubing they provide is a PITA to uncoil and run without kinking.

Decided to run the breather nozzle right up next to the airbox in the engine bay.
+1

That plastic tubing is terrible and kinks extremely easy! Especially trying to leave some extra above the read diff for wheel droop.

Maybe it's because I ran the tube from rear to front, but I didn't have any issue leaving enough coiled up to accommodate suspension travel when starting in that direction. I put it up on rear jack stands so I could hang the suspension all the way as well.

It was not necessarily having enough tube as it was more of an issue coiling it up above without kinking.

I prob over thought it as it seems to be fine, especially I had no issues in Moab. Just wish the hose was a bit more flexible like a gas line. Also, the size of the tube makes it difficult to incorporate the rear locker into the breather like Wanderlost Overland does.

$1.39 Shift Knob

$1.39 for the coupler nut, grip was free- I have a pile of them after working for that peckerhead. Couldn't find the grips from my old Scott DH poles sadly.

What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!-img_2793-jpg

Just finished installing some Fox 2.5" DSC shocks. Had some issues with the install (specifically the poor instructions), but all good now.

Yeah, didn't have much choice with the way my schedule worked out. I covered 1550mi in 2 days to get to Phoenix, but now I'm on my 2nd night in the Tucson area waiting on the weather to get well ahead of me. Saw rain, sleet, hail, then huge snowflakes earlier today.

Planning on hitting the road tomorrow morning heading for New Mexico. Trying to map out a more southerly route back to Louisiana with dispersed camping along the way.

We don't get snow very often here in Portland. So I went for a quick drive around. Up past the 800 ft elevation, they got around 3 inches or so.

after 3.5 years and about 40,000 miles finally swapped out the BFG ko2's. Went with the cooper at3 XLT. I love them on my f250 so had to go with them for the minivan. 285/70r17, did all 5 tires for 1600 OTD including road hazard warranty from discount.

I love the Wildpeaks. I know some have had problems with balancing them but mine are fine.
