that looks slick . what parts did you use. I have a 2012 and want to do something similar. I don't use that cup holder anyway as well

New set of Bosch Icons and a fresh coat of RainX went on this weekend after Safelite came and replaced the old windshield last week.

Buddy and I installed a driver-side pillar grab handle. Easy, once we figured out the instructions!

Are you using a soap that has a wax in it? That could be the reason for the haze.
I ceramic coated mine 3yrs ago (42k miles now) and they still look pretty good. (I don't use wax)

Finally completed my take on the "flatten-the-cargo-area-and-add-storage-space" mod. I don't need a full overlanding set up, and while drawers are way better in terms of convenience, this configuration suits my needs.
(Yes, that is a little 12V pigtail you see. It's tapped into the rear power outlet [and thus ignition-switched] and keeps my Noco jumper battery constantly topped up.)
Sound deadening foam on the body tub with subwoofer enclosure fabric all around; 20lb hinges; 15mm, 11-ply Baltic Birch plywood top, Alder frame.
DIY cargo mat cut from a generic truck bed liner.
Handy mod, but the box and all the crap I can cram in it cost me 3/16" of rear lift. (Got it back, thanks to my Eibach Load-leveling System.)

Hit this milestone:
2010 TE, purchased spring 2012, it took a while longer than most to reach this mark but here it is!

There shouldn’t be any waxes in any of the soaps or cleaners I use. I probably should coat the wheels, but I know it’s going to be a major pain to get them 100% clean and then to coat it.

That looks great!!! I like the stealthiness of the rear deck. I have something similar envisioned for mine, but with a simple gap to slide in my camp tables and to have a slide for my soon to be purchased fridge.

DANG!!!! That is the cleanest looking of all the rear leveling platform mods I have seen. You, sir, are a designer and craftsman extraordinaire!!

It's the little things...
New here and saw this thread. Thought I would drop my 1st months ownership "mods" for my 2023 TRD OR.
- Labops dash mount for my ham radio control head and motorized folding mount for my antenna on the factory roof rack
- Front/Rear dash camera mounted
- Black out emblems
- Anytime front/rear camera
- Generic door edge protectors
- Weathertech floor mats front, rear and cargo
- Engine bay accessory tray
- AuxBeam panel
- Cali Raised low profile ditch light mounts for the Rigid pods removed from my totaled Tacoma.
Out of money now lol .. time to save for the next few months for the next round.
