OTRATTW Rocker switch broke!
So I get into the truck this morning and what is laying on the floormat:
My roof-light switch broke!
With only 8 months on the clock (On 6/4/11 I purchased the V-Series Contura II sealed rocker switch, Roof Lights (amber)) I must say I'm a little disappointed. I've only flipped the switch a handful of time and it's the one in the center of my bank, so it's not like it gets hit by a knee when getting into and out of the truck.
I have an email in to OTRATTW so we'll see what happenes.

WOW, that's crazy. You don't believe in sprits or ghosts to that point do you...? I think some family member of yours, must have some explaining to do. I never heard of a rocker switch fall off like that!?
Great to hear about their customer support, thats how it should be. I was just about to order 5 switches from them.... might wait to see how your new ones hold up.

So far so good on all the other switches And several other here have the Contura II switches. I think mine was the bad one in the bunch.
I do love their new switches though.. and they come with better indicators of what they are for!

For those who have the V-Series Contura II sealed rocker switch.. are yours cold or warm to the touch? mine are not hot, but definitely warm. (they work as intended though) I wonder if the warmth dried out the plastic which resulted in the break?
