2011 4Runner transmission issue?!

I am experiencing an odd slip when my 4Runner shifts from 1st to 2nd gear? Also when I am in reverse and I shift into drive it takes a few seconds after shifting into drive to get moving...it feels as if the torque converter is spooling up to catch up with the transmission. In addition if I am sitting on a hill and I begin rolling back ever so slightly and attempt to accelerate a click noise is heard and my traction control light blinks in the dash. Has anybody been experiencing these issues? Any thoughts would be appreciated, I only have 13k miles so I feel like I should not be experiencing any issues what so ever.

Point 1: 1st to 2nd slip, you need to elaborate more.

Point 2: Reverse to Drive: Yes it takes a moment for the trans to decide if it is really ready to shift into what you have selected. Remember doing Neutral drops at red line and shifting into park while travelling at 45mph? (no, me either).

Point 3: That is hill start assist., working as designed. It startled me the first time when I wasn't expecting it, but now I expect it on an incline, and just make sure to hold the brake my left foot, and use the skinny pedal with the right foot.

Hill start assist?? Had that happen to me while on a incline.
So what does all the clicking, shaking, vibrating, blinking light do to Assist me on an incline????
Also I thought the 4runners had a anti roll back on a incline.

I get that click sound more often than not, even when on flat ground just turning the steering wheel. I don't get it.
